Renovating an apartment on a limited budget is less about compromise and more about clarity of priorities. This project demonstrates how thoughtful design decisions, material restraint, and strategic interventions can transform a space without significant financial investment.

The apartment, originally dated and poorly organized, required a complete rethink rather than a costly overhaul. Materials were selected based on affordability, durability, and visual simplicity.

This apartment, intended for short-term daily rentals, has undergone a significant transformation. We converted a one-bedroom unit into a two-bedroom layout while maintaining the same total floor area. Shifting from long-term monthly rentals to short-term daily rentals necessitated a fundamental change in how the space is utilized. The client was thoroughly satisfied with the proposed concept and space optimization, despite not having previously considered such a transformation. Total surface 80 m2

Ultimately, this renovation highlights that good architecture is not defined by budget, but by intention. With a clear concept and disciplined execution, even the most constrained projects can result in spaces that are functional, elegant, and deeply livable.
