FAMILIAL COUPOUND OF 3 VILLAS – KAMOUNI

Villas Kamouni, is a compound of 3 villas in Kamouni ( near Rabat) composed of 3 separate sites of more than 1hA each. This project involved a compound of three family villas, where our agency took charge of the building permit process, ensuring compliance with local regulations and administrative requirements. We also led the conceptual design, creating a cohesive architectural vision that balanced individuality with harmony across the three residences. In addition, we oversaw site management, closely coordinating the construction activities to maintain quality, efficiency, and alignment with the project’s objectives.
