Renovating an apartment on a very limited budget is less about compromise and more about clarity of priorities. This project demonstrates how thoughtful design decisions, material restraint, and strategic interventions can transform a space without significant financial investment.

The apartment, originally dated and poorly organized, required a complete rethink rather than a costly overhaul. Materials were selected based on affordability, durability, and visual simplicity.

Lighting played a key role in the transformation. By combining natural light with carefully positioned, low-cost fixtures, the apartment achieves warmth and depth without relying on expensive installations.

Ultimately, this renovation highlights that good architecture is not defined by budget, but by intention. With a clear concept and disciplined execution, even the most constrained projects can result in spaces that are functional, elegant, and deeply livable.
