KEA DENTAL LAB, is a project based in Mohamadia, Morocco. Our agency assumed a comprehensive role covering every stage of the process. We were responsible for the conceptual design, ensuring the space met both functional and aesthetic requirements specific to a medical environment. Our team then developed the executive plans with precision, translating the concept into detailed, buildable drawings. Beyond design, we oversaw site management and project management, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timelines and quality standards were respected. We also provided continuous support to the construction company, facilitating smooth execution and addressing challenges on-site.
